1. General Provisions
Refunds of funds paid by the Customer for the provision of the Service under the terms of the Public Offer published on the website https://hazelbush.tech/ (the “Website”) are made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Rights Protection” in cases where the provisions of that Law are applicable.
2. Refunds for Services of Proper Quality
2.1. For the Secure Network Access Service, refunds are possible before the actual activation of access to the Service, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.2. For other services, refunds are possible before the actual activation of access, as well as in other cases provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. Refunds for Services of Improper Quality
3.1. If the service is not provided or is provided improperly, the user (customer) is entitled to request a refund in the manner established by law.
3.2. The Provider has the right to verify the fact of service provision and the technical circumstances of the incident by requesting the information, confirmations, and documents necessary for this purpose.
4. Submission Procedure
4.1. A refund request must be sent to support@smartvpn.tech or submitted via the personal account at https://uplace.hazelbush.tech.
4.2. The request must include:
- order number;
- reason for refund;
- contact email address;
- time when the issue occurred.
5. Refund Processing Time
Funds are refunded within up to 10 (ten) calendar days after all information and documents required to make a refund decision are provided.
