This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and determines the procedure for processing personal data and protection measures applied by the Personal Data Operator, describes the procedure for processing personal data of users of the website https://hazelbush.tech/

The operator sets as its main goal the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

The Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about Site visitors.

2. Basic concepts

This Policy uses the concepts given in Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, including, but not limited to:

  • processing of personal data;
  • depersonalization, blocking, destruction of data;
  • automated processing, etc.

The operator processes personal data of the following categories of subjects:

When applying for a service, we process only the following personal data:

We do not collect last names, first names, patronymics, passport data, date of birth and other personal data unless the user voluntarily submits them in his request.

If provided (when making a payment, placing an order, contacting support, in claims, reviews, etc.), the Operator may process the following data provided by the Site user:

  • telephone number (if specified);
  • details of the organization, last names, first names, patronymics of managers, employees and (or) representatives (for legal entities);

5. Purposes of processing personal data

  • provision of services and fulfillment of contractual obligations to the user, processing of orders and notifications regarding orders;

6. Legal grounds for processing personal data

The user who has specified an email address may receive letters from the Operator, including for the purposes of:

13. Protection of personal data

The operator applies a set of organizational and technical measures to protect personal data:

  • restricting access to data only to authorized persons;
  • regular server and software updates;
  • backup and protection of communication channels.

14. Cross-border transfer of personal data

Before transferring personal data to the territory of a foreign state, the Operator must ensure that the country provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Transfer of data to countries without an appropriate level of protection is possible only with the written consent of the subject or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract.

15. GDPR (if applicable)

If the user is located in the EEA, the provisions of the GDPR may apply. In this case, the user also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority at the place of residence.

16. Final provisions. Policy Change

The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the relationship between the User and the Operator.

All disputes are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Operator.

This Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version of the Policy.

Changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Policy is published.
